How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches out to Gardensoccupied Mold Help should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Gardensoccupied Mold Help
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, test results, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Gardensoccupied Mold Help cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

How to Send Your Complaint

Email contact@gardensoccupied.garden and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. If your state licenses mold assessors or remediators, the licensing agency may be able to help too.
